
Task Bahncke mustard is one of Denmarkâs most iconic brands but had started to appear a little dusty and was not reflecting the exceptional quality of the mustard. The range had also increased in size and there was consumer confusion in the market as to the strength of the various different mustards.
Solution By carefully creating a selection of options, extensive market research indicated that the Danish consumers were prepared to accept a key change in the design. The introduction of a colour coded numeral system to assist consumer in understanding the taste profiles of the different mustards was appreciated and supported the Bahnke brand leading position.
